1. Zero Customer Data Collection During Pre-Launch
During this public pre-launch announcement phase, ZunoCart (accessible at zunocart.in) does not collect phone numbers, emails, home addresses, or financial information from visitors. There are no tracking cookies, behavioral ad-trackers, or third-party marketing pixels embedded in this website.
2. Location & Geographic Boundary Ethics
When ZunoCart’s mobile application launches in Panki, Palamu District, Jharkhand (PIN: 822122), customer delivery addresses and coordinates are used solely to determine operational serviceability within our authorized 7 km central hub perimeter and calculate exact distance fees.
- Customer home coordinates are never made public.
- Store managers see only the masked recipient area, not raw customer GPS pins.
- Riders receive only authorized turn-by-turn routing for active orders assigned to them.
3. Direct UPI & Cash-on-Delivery Security
ZunoCart is architected around Direct Merchant UPI QR payment and Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not store credit card numbers, debit card CVVs, or bank netbanking passwords. All UPI transactions occur directly between your bank app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and the verified merchant UPI ID.
